Bonner was founded in 2023 to be an innovative consulting agency focused on aligning strategy and optimizing value. Each client is unique, so the strategy and solution developed for them are bespoke with a focus on what is best for the customer.

We cover diverse tasks leveraging over 20 years of experience across product strategy, product development, management of intellectual property, site strategy, transformations, and finance.

Past experiences include:

• Defining and implementing data strategies for a large global data provider to financial professionals.  The purpose was to align the the data around proprietary and industry standard taxonomies and identifiers while making it discoverable and accessible across a broad user base.

• Managing a portfolio of content assets in Zug, Switzerland that was worth over $10 billion.  The focus was on optimizing the value of the assets through leverage, efficiency and innovation.  The work resulted in an optimal tax strategy and the filing of patents. 

• Extending the operational footprint from the UK to Central and Eastern Europe.  The site strategy was based on selecting a city and location that provided the right employee pool that best fit the jobs required.  The output was a new site in Gdynia, Poland that continues to thrive. 

• Co-founding a company that designed analysis and valuation tools for investment management and corporate finance professionals; a collaborative venture funded by Reuters and Goldman Sachs.
